Brian offers a non-judgmental and safe environment to all his clients. He establishes a collaborative partnership with his clients based on trust and acceptance, both of which he believes are essential to foster the self-compassion necessary to bring about positive change. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Strength-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) are modalities Brian integrates into his work. Brian’s approach focuses on issues including 2SLGBTQ+, grief, loss, trauma, anxiety and depression among others. As a proud member of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, Brian welcomes people of all identities into his practice. I work virtually through private practice.
